Coffee Orders:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns for coffee orders. However, if you encounter any issues with your initial purchase, we are committed to providing a straightforward and full resolve without any inquiries. Your contentment remains our foremost concern.
Please note that express shipping charges, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or express services, are non-refundable unless the fault lies with our shipping department.
Damaged Deliveries:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, time is of the essence. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Regrettably, no exchanges or returns will be accepted beyond this time frame.
Refund Exceptions:
Ground shipping charges are not refunded unless an error on our part led to a damaged delivery. We take responsibility for ensuring your coffee arrives in perfect condition.
